XL-RAK

General Characteristics

XL-RAK hardfacing electrode is specially developed to deposit partial hemispherical dots on Sugarcane crushing rollers. The electrode has excellent weldability both on dry arcing (off season on lathe) and in wet condition when roller is soaked in cane juice (during crushing season).This electrode ensures better grip to rollers for sugar cane, there by having better recovery and productivity for the sugar mills

Applications

Primarily for dry and wet roughening of Sugar mill crushing rolls. Also for build up of tips.
