XL-CT2023

General Characteristics

XL-CT 2023 is excellent resistance to severe fine abrasion under low to moderate impact at both ambient and elevated temperature up to 800 deg. celsius. It has high weld metal recovery as high as 80 to 85%, also high depositional rate, no slag removal, non-hygroscopic coating and no pre-drying. It has special features with longer shelf life.

Applications

XL-CT2023 is suitable for sinter breakers, sinter fans, clinker wear parts, blast furnace bells & hoppers, coal burner nozzles etc.
