XL-CC61

General Characteristics

XL – CC61 is a thick coated electrode for high wear-resistant hard facings on structural and machine parts which are subjected to abrasion. Due to high carbon, chromium and other secondary alloys contents, the resistance to abrasion and erosion is relatively high. Especially suitable for building-up corners and edges.

The welding properties are equally good with DC and AC currents

Applications

It is suitable for bucket teeth, shovel lips, grizzly bars, pulverizing and crushing plant, gravel handling machinery, Coal mining equipment, screw conveyors, and roller press roll profiling.
