General Characteristics

XL-CC-405 OA Highly alloyed Chromium – Niobium – Molybdenum alloy with addition of Tungsten & Vanadium designed to resist high stress grinding abrasion with low impact and solid erosion up to 750°C. Ideal for surfacing of mild, low alloy Steels and stainless steels.

Applications

Wear plates, Sinter Finger crushers, exhaust fan blades in pellet plants, pearlite crushers, bucket teeth and lips on bucket – wheel excavators in phosphate mines. Boiler fan blades in sugar cane industry, burden area in Blast Furnace hoppers, Bells, …..and various s o the r applications.
