The equipment consists of all necessary facilities for such jobs including auto – indexing and X-Y- Z traverse movements,WR O MATIC MICRO REBUILDER is developed for first time in India using the latest technology and is particularly useful for regenerating roller press roll, supporting rolls, tyres and table liners for vertical mills both in work shop and insitu welding.

WR O MATIC MICRO REBUILDER

Single head WR O MATIC MICRO REBUILDER for operation on constant potential power source, comprising
one motorised axis (Y direction) with provision of Z axis movement. One welding head with single wire head
adjustments around center spindle, control panel, and one set of welding cables ( 5 + 5 m ).

Control Panel

The control panel consists of all the necessary required for precise, high and low current welds controlled through DC voltage contained in organized manner for easy understanding by an operator.

SPEED CONTROLLER FEATURES

1. CONTROLLER FORWARD/BACKWARD AXIS – (e.g. Rotator or ‘Z’ axis)
2. OVERRUN – The feature overlaps the existing weld bead after one circumference is completed for second bead to start.
3. FORWARD / REVERSE – Allows ‘second axis’ direction control.. CONTINOUS / ALTERNATE On alternate, a square wave is possible i.e. one axis stops while the other moves. On continuous mode, all axis move continuously.
4. AUTO/MANUAL – Operator tests parameters when switched to manual. On auto, axes come in to operation when welding arc is started.
5. SPEED – Usually fitted with DC potention meters, allowing precise and repeatable setting to be achieved.
6. ON / OFF – It operates all functions of torch up & down, wire feed and indexing as also manages the power supply to the power source.
7. WIRE INCHING – A rotary switch for wire inching forward and reverse.
