X’TRALIFE TREATMENT

  • MODULAR PRODUCTS DIVISION (MPD) : has a full fledged workshop in Baroda, India which has expertise in rebuilding jobs using specially tailored flux cored wires. This plant has capacity to handle up to 50 MT weight presently.
  • IN SITU REBUILDING : Wearresist has fully fledged Engineers and technician team to provide service to customer for In situ rebuilding of VRM table, Roller in Raw Mill /Cement Mil/Coal Mill. Due to technical skills, plant capacities, and management, multiple sites up to 4-5 sites can be handled efficiently.

  • 6600 MW is under execution and 3300 MW is yet to be developed.
  • Once complete Plant will have a combined capacity of 9900 MW or close to 7% of India’s installed power capacity.
  • This Power plant has combined capacity of 4620 MW and is under execution. This is deployed in 4 stages.

CONSUMPTION :

2 Mills are successfully completed and consumption of materials are as follows :

Each mill approx consumption

  • Xl- CC 590 – 500 kg
  • Xl- CC 610 – 150 kg

Further, completion time for one mill is around 3-4 days.
