Grade XL-620

XL-620 is a grade of X’tralife composite wear plate consisting of complex chromium carbides and fine secondary carbides including that of Niobium. The deposit is having suitability for high temperature erosion / abrasion resistance applications.

• Uniform hardness throughout deposit.
• Highest wear resistance.
• Carbides present throughout the hard layer.

APPLICATIONS

High velocity erosion and high stress applications with or without temperature. Eg.vertical mills of cement plants, coal firing pipes, sinter crushers, cooler conveyors in cement plants or hot briquetted iron manufacturing, pneumatic conveying in mines or power plants.
