GENERAL DESCRIPTION

XPL-1401 is a clear, 100% solids lining material with moderate chemical and abrasion resistance. It is used primarily to restore the mechanical properties of old concrete, but can also be used as a sealer. It can easily be overcoated to improve its chemical resistance.It can be cured at temperatures as low as 2°C and at high levels of humidity with proper procedures.

Application

Cement Industries: Used as a sealer & penetrant concrete silos, bunkers & hoppers, DM floor coatings of CPP plant, water proofing of roofs and buildings, floor coatings of machine shop & DG sets floorings, compressor & pump foundation.

Power Industries: Used as a sealer & penetrant concrete silos, bunkers & hoppers, DM floor coatings of CPP plant, water proofing of roofs and buildings, floor coatings of machine shop & DG sets floorings, compressor & pump foundation, Neutralisation pits, circulating water concrete tunnels, DM plant trenches.

Steel Industries: Used as a sealer & penetrant concrete silos, bunkers & hoppers, DM floor coatings of CPP plant, water proofing of roofs and buildings, floor coatings of machine shop & DG sets floorings, compressor & pump foundation.

Other processing: In sugar industries cane crusher mill concrete foundations, concrete water storage tanks.
