XL-W62

General Characteristics

XL – W62 is an improved version of chromium iron alloy electrode XL-W60. It has higher alloy content. It is used for hardfacing on wide range of alloy steels, cast irons and mild steel to resist abrasion and plastic deformation under pressure

Applications

Earth moving machinery parts, bucket teeth, brick plants, cement industries, pulverized hammers, jaw crushers in mining, plowshares, scrapers, pug mill, fan blades, exhaust blades, conveyor parts for surfacing pipe bends, MDV’s, MOE’s and other cast iron components in the power industry
