General Characteristics

A Chromium – Iron alloy electrode with unique coating for high abrasion resistant overlays on plain carbon steels, manganese steels and grey cast irons. Carbides are uniformly distributed in hard martensitic matrix. This offers excellent resistance to low stress scratching type as well as high stress gouging type abrasion against  metal ,coal, ore or other  minerals.

Applications

It is suitable for bucket teeth, crushing hammers, jaw crushers mills, screws, crusher mantle, scraper blades etc
