General Characteristics

XL-W55 is a Rutile coated SMAW electrode for hard surfacing. Good resistance to abrasive wear with high compressive stresses. Suitable for metal-to-metal wear. Good impact resistance. Excellent weldability in the at and vertical up positions.

Applications

Crusher hammers, mixers, dredge parts, gear wheels, bucket teeth and lips.
