General Characteristics

A rutile coated typical stainless steel electrode for joint welding and surfacing on austenitic 18/8/3Cr Ni Mo steels. Also for repair welding on stainless steels with unknown composition. Good weld appearance and non-porosity are the outstanding arguments for using this electrode. Very low carbon content ensures no risk of weld decay in stabilized and destabilized alloys.
