General Characteristics

Extra low carbon weld metal offers highest resistance to intergranular corrosion up to 350°C. High moisture resistance of the coating. Uniform and smooth welding with easy strike ability. Easy slag removal. Hot cracking resistant and porosity free weld deposit. High ductility especially suited for welding heavy sections and as a cushion layer before hardfacing. Heat resistant covering permits melting of the completely electrode
length.

Applications

This electrode can be used for welding AISI 301, 302, 304, 304l, 305 and 308 types and the corresponding BS 970, BS 1449 steels 301S17, 302S25, 304S15, 304S16, 305S19. Also suited for germen standard steels (Workshop Nr.) 1.4300, 1.4301, 1.4306, and 1.4541.
