XL-CT2801

General Characteristics

XL-CT 2801 tubular alloy deposits chrome manganese  with excellent work hardening properties. It has high resistance to impact accompanied with abrasion. It is highly suitable for rebuilding as it gives crack free thick deposit. It is specially suitable for reclamation of heavy parts made of manganese steel or carbon steel. 

Applications

XL-CT2801 is suitable for weld overlay on railway points & crossings, crusher jaws, crusher hammers, blow bars, toothed crusher rolls, swing hammers, crusher mantles etc
