XL-CT2009

General Characteristics

XL – CT2009 is a complex carbide-type tubular alloy that resists extreme abrasion. Also excellent to resist fine particle erosion due to complex microstructure. Relief checks are normal. Finish by grinding if necessary. Non – hygroscopic flux coating designed to run at very low amperages. It has lowest fume factor in the industry and little or no spatters with outstanding fluidity. Superior deposits on grey cast iron and mild steel are possible without preheating. Increased productivity is possible by using additional cold electrode.
