General Characteristics

XL-CC73E is a high efficiency hardfacing electrode. It has a very good abrasion resistance reaching close to results of tungsten carbide deposit at an economical investment. Deposits have excellent hot hardness property up to 700°C and resistivity to matrix washout due to excellent concentration of secondary carbides. 1st layer hardness exceeds 60 Rc.

Applications

XL-CC73 E is specially suitable for spiral conveyers, sintering plant parts, coke pressure shoes, crusher parts, feed mill hammers, ash fan blades, plug mill paddles and hot slag dipper teeth etc.
