XL-CC71

General Characteristics

XL – CC71 is a superior alloy to XL – CC65 with a high temperature resistance.  It has excellent weldability and smooth weld surface, With 240% metal recovery. It should be used where deposits of  more than 2 layers is required, intermediate weld using XL – SPL is recommended.

Applications

Sinter slag conveyors, blast surface belts, coke over screens, door, sinter slag crackers, blast furnace bells and hoppers, sinter chutes, guides coke oven screens and doors, chemical plant catalyst valves and chutes smelter loading chute etc.
