XL-CC65

General Characteristics

XL-CC65 is a very high efficiency electrode giving highly abrasion resistant deposit which maintains properties upto 600oC. Excellent weldability and smooth weld surfaces are characteristics of this alloy. Where deposit of more than 2 layers is required, intermediate weld using XL – SPL is recommended.

Applications

Sinter slag conveyors, blast surface belts, coke screens, doors, sinter slag crushers, blast furnace bells and hoppers, sinter chutes and guides.
