General Characteristics

XL-CC-707 OA provides the ultimate of abrasion resistance. The depositis up to 60% Tungsten carbidein Iron matrix. The deposit produces smooth welds with good buildup. Excellent arc action, no spatter, no porosity, high deposition rate are characteristics of this alloy and is recommended for service involving extremely severe abrasive conditions.

Applications

Drilling tool joints and pipe collars, Dipper teeth, Coal crusher parts, Dredge cutter head teeth, Shredder hammers, Mixer blades, plows, liners and Screw convey or flights etc.
