General characteristics

XL-CC-5262 OA gives non machinable weld deposit having good abrasion and impact resistance property. Preheating is necessary to avoid cracking.

Applications

It is particularly suitable for conditions of medium abrasion but will also take reasonable impact. It is used to overlay – earth moving equipment, bucket teeth, scraper blades, ploughshares, dredgers, chutes, cutting edges, impactor blades, hammers etc.
