XL-BSS

General Characteristics

XL-BSS is a heavy coated, basic electrode specially developed for welding stainless steel castings containing approximately 17% Cr, 4% Ni and 1.0% Mo. Suitable preheat and post heat to be maintained. The electrode gives weld deposit of radiographic quality.

Applications

It is suitable for small castor rolls, bearing diameters of rolls and other metal to metal wear applications.
