Designed to alleviate the traditional problems of flow distribution, such as bridging,
ratholing, caking and freezing, in bulk solids handling systems.It is suitable fora wide range of materials and particle sizes, in wet or dry conditions, such as coal, sand, limestone, iron ore and other minerals.Typical applications include bunkers, hoppers, silos, as well as chutes, troughs, conveyors,wagon s and trunks,

Surface Preparation

Steel: Applied over Ultraslide Steel Primer
Concrete : Applied over Ultraslide Concrete Primer. The surface must be dry and free of dust, salt, grease and other contaminants immediately before coating.

Mixing

Stir the base component thoroughly, then add the activator and continue mixing until the product is uniform throughout.A powerful mixer should be used. No indication period is necessary after mixing.

Overcoating

Can be overcoated with itself if necessary. Surface must be abraded if overcoating after maximum overcoating time has elapsed.

Applying Procedure

Airless Spray: Tip size 26-30 thou’ (0.66- 0.76 mm). Usea pump minimum ratio 45:1 (Graco “King or equivalent) capable of producinga minimum pressure at the tip of 3600 psi (250 kg/cm ). Allow for tip wear due to the nature of the product.

Use 1/2″ dia., spray lines with 3/8″ dia., whip end keep runs as short as possible. Remove in line filters, use large mesh sieve at pump intake. Brush small areas only.

4 and 20 litre in two part units
