    GENERAL CHARECTRISTICS

This is a chemical resistant coating based on polyurethane, which enhances its capability to fight against corrosion . It has high strength, which is the result of the specific research and development towards this direction. It is a high quality anti-corrosion coating, that guarantees protection of steel structures for many years. The formulation is stochiometrically adjusted to give optimum combination of toughness & flexibility. The film is quite tough yet sufficiently resilient to withstand normal expansion and contraction of the substrate without cracking up during temperature fluctuations. The film bonds firmly to a variety of substrate such as metal, wood, concrete, etc.

    Applications

Pipeline internal & external, water tanks –internal & external. Excellent resistance to marine (saline), raw waters and other water treatment tanks and its structures.

    FEATURES & BENEFITS

    • Excellent UV & Weather resistance
    • Heat resistance up to 150°C
    • Excellent adhesion and durability
    • Acid & Alkali resistance
    • High erosion & abrasion resistance
    • High fungi and mildew resistance
    • Excellent chemical & water resistance

    APPLICATION

Stir the base properly and mix with the catalyst in recommended proportions to a uniform mixture. Allow
the mixture to stand for approx. 30 minutes and stir again before and during application.

    • ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Apply when Relative humidity <85% and atmospheric temperature >15°C BRUSH: Apply without thinning.
    • CONVENTIONAL SPRAY: Thin down up to a Maximum of 10% with thinner PU thinner depending on the conditions. Use standard equipment with an atomizing pressure of 3.5 – 4.9 kg/cm²
    • AIRLESS SPRAY: Apply without thinning. Max. 5% thinning with PU thinner is allowed if absolutely necessary. Use standard equipment with pump ratio of 30:1, Tip size 0.38 – .048 mm and Tip pressure 110 – 160 kg/cm²
