Grade XL-60

XL-60 is a composite plate with Complex Chromium carbide deposit resisting high stress grinding abrasion resistance up to 500 C.The deposits will readily show stress relief cracks. The presence of Moly and Niobium carbides adds to the impact and erosion resistance of the alloy. Due to special fusion process of manufacturing, the dilusion is maximum of 5% and this ensures uniform carbides concentration throughout the deposit.

APPLICATIONS

Wear plates, screens in coal industry, bucket teeth on bucket-wheel excavators, Earth Moving equipment, Groundnut oil expeller screws, shovel bucket teeth and cutting edges etc.
