DF 6035 is a heat-treatable low carbon, chromium, molybdenum, nickel alloy which develops a medium wearing, machinable deposit. It can resist upto 535°C working temperature.
Forging industry – for the repair of reclamation of forging dies (predominately hammer). Also utilized in rams, sow blocks, die holders and die shanks steel mill industry – Steel gears, arbors, shafts and couplings.
